Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We do not verify or correct shipping addresses before dispatching orders.
If an incorrect address is provided due to customer error, we are not responsible for orders that are delivered to the wrong address and are unable to resend or replace them at our expense.
If the order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to have the order resent.
If the customer chooses to cancel the order after it has been returned to us, the cancellation will be treated as a return in accordance with our Return Policy, and a 30% restocking fee will apply.
Order Processing
● Orders within the US are processed within 5–8 working days excluding weekends and bank holidays.
● International orders shipped from our distributors are also processed within 5–8 working days excluding weekends and holidays.
